Origin Story
Good Measure is a family-owned business with over 20 years of experience in providing accurate and detailed home measurements and sketches. We are Nashville, TN natives and have watched the city and surrounding areas grow and “grow up.” Our hope is to use our residential measurement experience for your success as a realtor, broker, or homeowner.
We serve Davidson and surrounding counties and measure using the ANSI method approved in 2021. This method is the standard now accepted by the realty community and required by mortgage companies.

Background in Industry
Our background is pretty simple. Detail in measuring and sketching started at the Certified Residential Appraiser level, measuring homes for mortgage, real estate, and informational purposes. Working with realtors, brokers, and homeowners is all about connecting with community, a love that spread to engaging the public at the Local Property Assessor’s Office. Experience at measuring homes in both the public and private sectors gave us a unique understanding that each home, as well as each individual involved, is “one of a kind” and deserving of detail and attention.
